The location was great and incredible, relatively close to Place des Jacobins. I ate at a pleasant restaurant for dinner.

Great quality and well priced hotel, our stay was very very good.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered appetising dishes. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were a nice touch.

Very good breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Supper friendly, accommodating personnel at the reception desk.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was perfectly nice and good standard, had marvellous location on the tram due to building work. Carpeted and new-fashioned room in a variety was enjoyable. Greatly enjoyed its restaurant for dinner, nice bonus, especially 

Location: the hotel was close to the river with views, the railway station and Pont Wilson. My double room with good equipment and the balcony was newly decorated.

We enjoyed the hotel, warm and great breakfast.

Had a very very good stay on a business trip. We were moved to a double room and had an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk. The view was very cozy and the bed 

It was in the central location, had exceptionally pleasant and amazingly kind staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was pleasant for breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes.

Very cozy views, we did not want to leave there.

The hotel was impeccably clean with very friendly professional staff at the reception desk. The location was handy for walking around a massive pedestrianized public square. Set close to a river and a mountain, it was a plus.  

Convenient location near Rhone river and tram station. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Thomas. Spacious room with ample storage and amenities. Enjoyed the sunset view from outside the hotel. Good breakfast and easy access to public transport

Decent location, we didn't feel like leaving.

It was in the centre of Lyon, and close to a large square. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Very good service, even though a few employees were very aggressive.

This hotel has a lot to offer. its location is fantastic. Situated on the left bank of the Rhone, in a small side street, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main road fronting the river. Yet, it is still conveniently located along a tram 

This place deserves its 4-star rating as the staff was incredibly helpful, the location was great, and we even had convenient on-site parking for our car.
